Exchanges, Returns & Refund Policy
At Lauui, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your candles, we’re here to help.
Because we want to be crystal clear, we only accept exchanges or returns if the candle box is unopened (sealed and undamaged) and the candle shows no signs of use, or if there is a malfunction with the candle. You can find all the detailed information here.

Eligibility for Refunds/Returns
You may request a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving your item(s). To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Non-Refundable Items
Any packages that have been opened, any candles that have been used, or gift cards are non-refundable.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days and automatically applied to your original payment method.

Process for Refunds/Returns
To start a return or refund, please contact us at info@lauui.com with your order number and a brief explanation. We’ll respond within 3 business days with instructions.

Exchanges (if applicable)
If you have your Lauui candle in perfect condition (unopened box and unused candle), and you’d like to exchange it for another size, or color, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to availability

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective.

Defective candles
If your candle has a malfunction, please contact us within 10 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Late or Missing Refunds
